Company History

Integrated Supply Consultants (ISC) LLC is the result of 22 years of industry experience and proven success. 

David J Pydlek
David J. Pydlek, a graduate of Western Michigan University, was previously employed at Boise Cascade Office Products in Columbus, Ohio as an Account Executive.. There he gained valuable experience as he helped office products commercial reseller's increase their business and analyze resellers' profit and loss statements—gaining strategic insights into how independent resellers ran their businesses.

Dave was influenced by Ralph Barnett, who created the original procurement process model for office products that served as the cornerstone for the industry. Barnett's training allowed Dave to understand and practice the successful selling of business consumables. His focus was the supply chain procurement process specific to business consumables. 

Dave remained with Boise Cascade Office Products as it became Associated Stationers and later merged with United Stationers Supply Company. His experience included service as a Senior Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Regional Alternative Business Development Manager, and, as National Channel Manager.

Dave enabled new resellers to sell more business consumables as a vertical market to their core business in two industries: Industrial MRO and Forms and Print. His efforts resulted in creation of $6.5M of new business in two years.

Dave's experience also inculdes direct development of end user business accounts at two different office products distrubutors generating $15K/month within a year in one instance and $5K/month within 11 months in another. He used integrated supply model concepts to develop these sales in addition to working with the sales team to develop their own sales using PPM strategies. Vertical markets developed, in addition to basic office products include branded apparel and custom print eStores and advertising specialies. Integrated selling solutions work!

Dave's credibility and experience have helped many find success in the selling of office products. He has given presentations at professional conferences at
PSDA (Print Services and Distribution Association) and ISA (Industrial Supply Association).
